Soon, a plan to collaborate was hatched. Zooey and Tommy also brought a shared appreciation for classic American style with hints of swinging London optimism and a winking take on the traditional prep lifestyle. Zooey was forced to coin a new term to describe their melding of 60s mod and nautical favorites, and modical was born.
